The closing date for applications for Reception September 2012 has now passed. Anyone still wishing to apply for entry to Reception September 2012 will be placed on a waiting list and contacted should a place become available. Applications for reception places for future years are currently being accepted and the closing date for Reception September 2013 will be Friday 16th December 2011.

In addition to the completed form, we will need:

1. a copy of your child's full birth certificate
2. proof of residence (council tax demand or utilities bill no more than 6 months old showing your current address)
3. a cheque for £25 to cover the costs of administration made payable to Finchley Jewish Primary School Trust

Please send these to Morasha Admissions, 37 Moss Hall Grove, London, N12 8PE as soon as possible after you have submitted your online application form or include them in the envelope with your paper application form.
